Dr. Chris has a unique approach and treats the human body as a whole so her patients can achieve optimal biomechanical function, aka – basic human movement. By focusing in on mobility and breath work and utilizing techniques such as Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, soft tissue manipulation, and excellent diversified chiropractic manipulation techniques, she can find the right recipe for your treatment, get you out of pain, and achieve your next goal!

After graduating from Northeast Health Sciences (previously New York Chiropractic College) in December 2016, Dr. Col (@drchriscol) decided to make her childhood vision of living in BC a reality. Landing in North Vancouver, she fully experienced the Pacific Coastal Mountains, cherry blossoms, and all the city life had to offer. She eventually found herself in Kelowna, where she decided to plant her roots and open up her own movement based clinic.

Dr. Chris has a long history of athletic achievement, which includes becoming a Nationally Qualified Olympic Weightlifter, Varsity soccer player, competitive volleyball player, and a few podium finishes at local CrossFit and Strongman events. This experience alone provides her with an excellent understanding of the needs and demands of the human body and the importance of recovery and self-care.

When it comes to treatment, your experience with Dr. Chris is truly like no other. She will tap in to movement restrictions and limitations you never realized you had, and will have you moving better, feeling better, and performing better, out of pain and back doing what you love.
