Why include recovery in your training?

You’ll learn how to control your movement so your movement doesn’t control you.

Yes, mobility, stretching and rolling IS training. You are training your tissues to be healthy and injury-resilient, producing optimal output in all aspects of joint motion, and maximizing the strength and power output of your body's tissues! It will also help you decrease your joint pain and move more freely with less pain!

Our practitioners have curated recovery classes to help you move better and increase the health and longevity of your joints and tissues.
