Neurotraining looks at your nervous system first — not just your muscles and joints.

Instead of chasing symptoms, we assess and train the systems your brain uses to keep you safe:

  • How you see (eye movements, visual focus, tracking)

  • How you balance and orient yourself in space (vestibular system in your inner ear)

  • How you sense your body in space (proprioception)

  • How you feel internal signals like tension, breath, heartbeat, and stress (interoception)

When these systems are underperforming or overwhelmed, your brain prioritizes survival over performance — it limits mobility, increases muscle tension, or creates pain to keep you safe. Neurotraining helps your brain feel safer, so it can allow better movement, less pain, and stronger performance.

Neurotraining FAQ

  • No. If you have a brain and you move, you qualify. We work with everyone from competitive athletes to everyday active adults who want to feel more stable, strong, and in control.

  • Yes. Many Neurotraining assessments and drills can be done online. It is often part of our STRONG program. We’ll let you know if in-person sessions are recommended based on your case.

  • Some people feel changes after 1–3 sessions; others benefit from a longer block integrated into a 6–12 week rehab or STRONG program. We’ll outline a plan after your initial assessment.

  • We don’t treat mental health conditions, but we do use breathwork, interoception, and nervous system drills that can support regulation, resilience, and body awareness. This is always done within a movement and performance context

  • Neurotraining improves how your brain interprets information from your eyes, inner ear, and body — so you move better, feel stronger, and unlock mobility without stretching forever or grinding through pain.

    Here’s the process in a simple, client-friendly way:

    1. Assess Your Nervous System

    We quickly test how your brain is processing:

    • Vision

    • Balance & vestibular function

    • Joint position & proprioception

    • Breathing + interoception

    • Strength & mobility patterns

    This shows exactly which “neural bottlenecks” are limiting your mobility, causing pain, or holding back performance.

    2. Train the Weak Links

    Based on your assessment, we prescribe simple, targeted drills (usually 1–3 minutes each) to improve:
