We look at how your body is actually moving and what’s driving your pain, not just the symptoms.
So we’re not just treating where it hurts…
we’re identifying what’s causing it.
Step 2. Build
You get a structured strength plan tailored to your body, your history, and your goals.
No random exercises.

Step 3. Progress
We gradually increase load and intensity so your body adapts safely.
This is where most people go wrong — doing too much, too soon.
We remove that guesswork and guide you through it.
Step 4. Perform
You return to training feeling stronger, more confident, and able to handle more than before.

I didn’t join the Strong Program to get shredded. I joined because I honestly thought my body was done.
After 20+ years of rugby and working a physical job, I was living with constant aches and pain. I just wanted to move better, hurt less, and be able to keep snowboarding with my kids without paying for it later.
The Strong Program delivered that and then some.
Within a couple of weeks, things were already changing. The program was broken down into bite-size pieces, which made learning the training and nutrition simple and manageable instead of overwhelming. Nothing felt rushed or complicated, it just worked.
A few weeks in, something clicked. The program took over. Training became routine, nutrition made sense, and what started as effort turned into a healthy obsession.
Now there is structure, education, and confidence in what my body can actually do, from lifting to eating properly. Strength is higher than it has ever been, aches and pains are basically gone, and everyday activities that used to hurt, like walking up stairs, are now effortless.
It genuinely feels like moving like I’m 20 again, but smarter and pain-free.
The Strong Program didn’t just change how I train, it changed how I live. The results speak for themselves, and it has even motivated the people around me to start moving again.

STRONG is designed for lifters, athletes, and active adults who want a structured plan to get out of pain, rebuild capacity, and return to training with confidence. Also for those who are looking to get STRONG for life, and plan to outlift their grandchildren. It’s ideal for people who have tried physio or chiro before but didn’t get long-term results.

This program supports a wide range of injuries including low-back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, tendinopathy, mobility restrictions, pelvic floor considerations, and chronic, lingering “gym injuries.” If you’re unsure, the initial assessment will determine your exact needs.

No. STRONG is built for people who want to stay active. Your program will adjust lifts, modify volume, and progress intensity so you can keep training safely while healing.

Is this fully remote or in-person?
You can choose:
• In-person assessment at Move RX Kelowna
• Remote assessment if you live outside Kelowna or prefer online care
Ongoing coaching and check-ins are delivered through your personalized training app. -
Yes. STRONG members receive preferred access and discounted 1:1 virtual or in-person chiropractic sessions if additional treatment is needed.
The program is designed to build strength and resilience long term, but if flare-ups happen, you have direct support from our clinical team.

Anywhere. Workouts can be done in a gym, a home gym, or a minimal-equipment environment. Your program adapts to your equipment.

Many clients transition into ongoing coaching (STRONG+) to continue progressing strength, resiliency, and performance long-term.
