  • STRONG is designed for lifters, athletes, and active adults who want a structured plan to get out of pain, rebuild capacity, and return to training with confidence. Also for those who are looking to get STRONG for life, and plan to outlift their grandchildren. It’s ideal for people who have tried physio or chiro before but didn’t get long-term results.

  • This program supports a wide range of injuries including low-back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, tendinopathy, mobility restrictions, pelvic floor considerations, and chronic, lingering “gym injuries.” If you’re unsure, the initial assessment will determine your exact needs.

  • No. STRONG is built for people who want to stay active. Your program will adjust lifts, modify volume, and progress intensity so you can keep training safely while healing.

  • You do not need to be a competitive athlete. If you are active, want to get stronger, or want to finally fix an injury instead of patching it up, the program is a great fit.

  • STRONG is a 90-day (12-week) coaching experience that includes your assessment, personalized rehab plan, progressive strength programming, and weekly support.

  • Most clients train 2–4 days per week depending on goals, injury history, and available time. Your plan is custom — not a template.

  • Anywhere. Workouts can be done in a gym, a home gym, or a minimal-equipment environment. Your program adapts to your equipment.

  • Is this fully remote or in-person?
    You can choose:
    In-person assessment at Move RX Kelowna
    Remote assessment if you live outside Kelowna or prefer online care
    Ongoing coaching and check-ins are delivered through your personalized training app.

  • Many clients transition into ongoing coaching (STRONG+) to continue progressing strength, resiliency, and performance long-term.

  • The initial assessment and any chiro treatments used throughout the program can be billed under your benefits. The coaching portion is private pay.

  • If you’re active, motivated, dealing with pain or an old injury, and want a structured plan to return to lifting or sport — you’re a great fit. If you’re unsure, book a consult and we’ll assess your goals.

  • STRONG works when you work the system. Success comes from being committed to the process — showing up for your workouts, following the program as written, and communicating openly with your coach. The more honest you are about pain, training wins, setbacks, schedule changes, and life stress, the more precisely we can adjust your plan. Clients who stay consistent, give feedback, and trust the progression see the fastest and most sustainable results.
