Client Reviews
“I had been dealing with recurring pain for years and bouncing between short appointments that never really stuck. STRONG was the first time I felt like I had a clear plan. I’m stronger, more confident in my training, and I’m no longer worried about flare-ups setting me back.”

“STRONG gave me structure I didn’t know I was missing. Instead of reacting to pain, I finally had a plan that built strength and confidence back into my training. I’m lifting consistently again without second-guessing my body.”

“I didn’t want to keep restarting rehab every few months. STRONG helped me build strength I trust, so staying active doesn’t feel risky anymore. It’s been a game-changer.”

How It Works
You’re not broken. You just need the right plan.
How STRONG Works
STRONG is built for people who don’t want to keep restarting care.
You begin with a comprehensive assessment so we can understand how your body moves, where it’s compensating, and what needs to change. From there, you enter a structured 90-day program that combines rehab, strength training, and ongoing support.
From there, STRONG combines:
Individualized rehab and movement coaching
Progressive strength development
Support and guidance through every phase
Instead of reacting to pain as it shows up, STRONG focuses on:
building strength you trust
improving movement capacity
creating consistency that lasts beyond treatment
This is not a workout plan. It’s a structured system designed to help you stay active long-term.

STRONG works when you work the system. Success comes from being committed to the process — showing up for your workouts, following the program as written, and communicating openly with your coach. The more honest you are about pain, training wins, setbacks, schedule changes, and life stress, the more precisely we can adjust your plan. Clients who stay consistent, give feedback, and trust the progression see the fastest and most sustainable results.
